Reports¶
The Reports module furnishes comprehensive multi-format report generation capabilities, enabling practitioners to create, administer, and disseminate data quality documentation across a variety of output formats.
Overview¶
Reports serve to consolidate validation results, data quality metrics, and analytical findings into distributable artifacts. The module accommodates multiple output formats in order to satisfy the diverse requirements of organizational stakeholders and their respective consumption preferences.
Reports Interface¶
Statistical Overview Dashboard¶
The interface presents a series of report generation metrics for administrative review:

Report Operations¶
Download¶
A generated report may be downloaded through the following procedure:
- Locate the report in the listing
- Click Download
- Browser downloads the report file
- Open with appropriate application
Preview¶
Compatible reports may be previewed directly within the browser:
- Locate the report (HTML or JSON format)
- Click Preview
- Report displays in a modal dialog
- Review content without downloading
It should be noted that preview functionality is available exclusively for HTML and JSON formats.
Deletion¶
An individual report may be removed through the following procedure:
- Locate the report in the listing
- Click Delete
- Confirm deletion
- Report file is permanently removed
Expired Report Cleanup¶
All expired reports may be removed in a bulk operation:
- Click Cleanup Expired
- System identifies expired reports
- Confirm bulk deletion
- All expired reports are removed

Report Retention Policies¶

Upon reaching its retention threshold, a report undergoes the following state transitions:
- Report marked as expired

Retention parameters are administered through the Maintenance settings interface:
- Set default retention period
- Enable automatic cleanup
- Configure cleanup frequency
